MONZUM is committed to providing digital experiences that are usable by people with disabilities. Our accessibility program targets substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for public-facing website and application experiences, recognizing that technology, third-party integrations, and content change over time and that no statement guarantees perfect accessibility in every circumstance.

We work to improve keyboard navigation, text alternatives, color contrast, form labels and error messaging, captions/transcripts where appropriate, focus visibility, responsive/mobile access, semantic structure, and compatibility with assistive technology. Third-party services may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered through integrated experiences.
